![]() ![]() RHC in particular is a very different routine with less emphasis on just middle ab crunch forms and more variance including things like Mountain Climbers. They also feel like they go a little faster, with less Safety Zones and more "grab a sip of water" breaks. ![]() To compensate for the less breaks, they seem a little easier to me in spots, less reps of some of the more difficult exercises. Anyone have a link/torrent/copy of DDP Yoga Title will probably get me downvotes I want to start DDP Yoga, the beginner DVD set is like 70 and like many people starting a new program, I don't want to drop that much on something that I COULD potentially stop after a week if it's 'not for me. ![]() I wouldn't say the routines are decisively easier or more difficult overall but they feel a little more balanced to me in terms of the difficulty curve during a workout. However, the 2.0 workouts also seem a little less polished to me. A few of them have spots where they do an exercise on one side and then don't follow up with the same exercise or amount of reps on the other. It's possible some of that may get updated in the live app since I know at least a few of the workouts have been updated there. I own both sets and have been using the 2.0 workouts but I can see myself going back to a rotation of 1.0 as well for variety. ![]()
